250 grams diced lamb
3 table spoons olive oill
1 cup okra
2 medium potatos, peeled and chopped
2 medium sized squash, sliced
2 medium sized aubergine, diced
2 cups green beans, sliced
4 green peppers, sliced
2 onions, thinly diced
4 tomatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
salt
500 ml water
In a large saucepan, sauté onions in olive oil a few minutes and add meat and fry until cooked. Wash okra in a little vinegar and salt. Set aside. Add washed and sliced green beans to meat, cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peppers, aubergine, squash, tomatoes and okra. Add water over vegetables and add salt to taste. Place lid on saucepan and cook on medium heat until cooked.
